I’ve traveled to more than 43 cities in 18 Arab and foreign countries over the past decade, staying in 3‑4‑5 star hotels and resorts, and the service was usually good to excellent. This cabin, however, was the worst experience I’ve had for several reasons: 1‑ they disrespected me and lied; 2‑ the internet was extremely bad; 3‑ the jacuzzi didn’t work and we asked them to fix it when we received the cabin at 3:00 pm; they delayed the repair, an engineer came, then the resort owner came, and even the next day when we left the jacuzzi still didn’t work; I asked for a refund because they didn’t honor what was written on Booking, but they refused strongly; 4‑ the cabin has a ground floor (living room, bathroom, kitchen, one air‑conditioner) and an upper floor with only a bed, no air‑conditioning, so it’s impossible to sleep because of the heat on the upper floor; 5‑ the shower is broken and it’s hard to control the hot‑cold water. I would not recommend these cabins at all, especially since there are many excellent resorts and cabins in the area.
