I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location was excellent and the floral arrangement I had requested was well done. However, we arrived at night and found out that there was no water in our room, which was a major inconvenience. Despite informing the staff twice, they were unable to resolve the issue, and we were unable to take a much-needed shower.
