I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, the staff were incredibly welcoming and the Sri Lankan cuisine was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful, making for a truly enjoyable stay. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my visit.

While the main entrance and food court were beautifully designed and the staff were friendly, my stay was marred by a few issues. The hotel is quite far from Kandy, which made for a long and intimidating ride. To make matters worse, we had booked a family room but were given two separate rooms, one of which didn't have a shower. The humidity and general dinginess of the place made it difficult to breathe and sleep.
