The place is well‑located next to Palais Bahia and not far from Jamaa el Fna. The stay was disappointing on several levels. We were locked inside our room because of a faulty lock, which forced us to leave the door open the entire stay—a clearly unacceptable security situation. Even after reporting it to staff, nothing was done. The towels were torn, and the welcome was minimal: we received the key without any information about the riad or its services. We also had to ring the bell each time we returned to enter the building, which quickly became inconvenient. It’s a shame, as the location had potential. Serious effort is needed in maintenance and hospitality.

The room itself was perfect. Breakfast cost 8 € and was very expensive, and the staff were very rude and heavy.

Nothing at all. The house and the surroundings were very noisy. We were not given keys, so we had to call all the time, and if we came a bit late we had to wait for someone to answer or open the door for us. You feel you’re not free in this accommodation. We paid for breakfast through booking, but when we arrived the host said we had to pay for breakfast and charged us a lot of money for something that isn’t even worth the cost.
