“Perfeita”

The place was amazing, Gil was super attentive and welcomed us wonderfully. The location was perfect; I walked several times to Praça dos Remédios and also took a bus from a nearby stop. Restaurants nearby range from pricey (Cacimba) to cheap (Meu Quintal), and there’s even a pizza buffet (7 Mares) close by – the location is spot‑on, plus there’s a supermarket and bakery nearby (you get the idea). I’d definitely stay again. The shared kitchen was fine; we used it daily for breakfast before heading out. It had a toaster, stove, sink, cups, plates, cutlery, and a pot. Thanks, Gil.

The room’s air‑conditioning, bed and shower all worked without a hitch, which was exactly what I needed. The only hiccup was the Wi‑Fi; it didn’t reach the room, so the smart TV was useless there. I ended up using the internet in the common lounge, which turned out to be a nice spot.

“Bom custo x benefício”

I liked being within walking distance of the bus stop, a bakery, and a supermarket – super convenient for quick errands. The downside was the shower; the water pressure was barely enough to get you clean.

The place was impressively clean and everything seemed well‑organized, which made the stay pleasant. Honestly, I couldn’t find anything to complain about.
