The hotel was spotless, which was a big plus for me
The staff here really impressed me - when there was a problem with an outlet in our room, they came and checked it right away and then moved us to a new room
We were blown away by the breakfast spread - it was seriously delicious and there was plenty of it to go around

“We enjoyed our stay, which was generally standard, but the SAUNA(!) and nice breakfast added much!”
The breakfast selection was very good and the dining area was spacious. I would have liked an outdoor spot to sit with coffee or a drink.

The beds were comfortable and the chairs outside the accommodation were very nice. The carpet had a bad smell.

The spot gives easy access to many parts of Duluth, stays clean and well kept, and the free breakfast is generous. All‑day iced water and coffee stations are a nice touch, and the staff were excellent.

Great breakfast, nice staff, and a decent location for getting around. The rooms are starting to show their age, and the rates feel a bit high for what you get, but I’ll definitely stay again. It’s been a reliable and good place to stay in Duluth.
