Everything was just perfect and we left extremely happy! The accommodation felt really cozy and had all the gear you need for a solid ski holiday. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and the location can’t be beat.

The host was pleasant and the location is spot‑on, but the kitchen is a bit cramped – only two burners and the dish rack is unevenly arranged, which makes cooking a hassle.

The only downside was the sofa bed; it was uncomfortable and didn’t live up to expectations.

Being right across from the Riffelsehbahn was fantastic, but the apartment didn’t match the description at all. We booked a two‑bedroom unit with a double bed in each, yet only one bedroom had a double bed and the second room was separate with two single beds. There was only one sofa bed instead of two, and no proper sheet for it. Cleanliness was lacking – towels smelled musty, the kitchen was sparse and outdated, and the bathroom missed a shower curtain and a cosmetic bucket.

We were out skiing in -12 °C, and the flat was surprisingly warm and cozy when we got back. It made the cold day much more bearable, though it would have been nicer to have an oven for cooking.
