Maximum hub suite&spa

The furnishings and space are nice. Unfortunately, my room had a large beetle, but the cleaning lady managed to kill it.

“Solo come albergo ad ore per fare 50 sfumature di grigio”

The central location is a plus. The massage tub had broken jets, the furnishings were cheap, and there was no breakfast even though it was listed in the booking.

“Carino, da migliorare.”

The building sits in a central spot, just a short walk from the Politeama theatre. The room was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was not offered as shown in the booking, and the hot tub worked only partially.

The place was in a great spot and the cleaner was very friendly. First, we were given a different accommodation than what we had originally booked. Then we didn’t receive breakfast despite the reservation, and the owner’s communication was awful.

“Stanza molto bella e ottima posizione, esperienza migliorabile con delle piccole accortezze in più”

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the B&B is right in the city center. The staff quickly solved issues; my booked room had a faulty tub, so they swapped me into another building about 5 minutes away from the main B&B. Even though booking listed a 14:00 check‑in, I couldn’t arrive until 14:30. I would have liked to be told earlier that my room wasn’t available. The replacement room lacked snacks, prosecco, and water bottles that were promised on booking, and its tub’s side jets didn’t work; the room also wasn’t sound‑proof.
