Nothing upset me; the breakfast was exceptional and tasted superb. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when they moved my heavy suitcase from and to the street—thanks a lot! The only slight issue was that the single room didn’t have much space to put my oversized suitcase and open it, but it wasn’t a real problem.

We loved this hotel; the rooms were quaint and cozy, and ours faced the inner courtyard. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. Breakfast was Turkish‑style, plentiful, and tasty. The staff were very friendly and knew a lot about the local sights. The only downside is that the hotel is in Mardin’s old town, so you have to climb stairs to reach it. Set your GPS to 249 Kumlu Sk., drive almost to the end of the street where a small electricity house is, park there, and call the hotel for directions. It’s just before the Helen Olimpos Konağı sign.

The staff were really attentive and responsive, and the team was very generous. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to all attractions and very safe (even for nighttime outings). The breakfast was hearty and delicious.
