The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the little chalet had very comfortable beds. However, there was only one front‑of‑house staff member who had to handle check‑in, take meal orders, serve, and clear tables, and the food definitely needs improvement.

Location and comparatively low price. Poor greasy breakfast, no fresh coffee, noisy room, no dinner. No comfortable residents‘ lounge

The water pressure and the heating in the shower was ridiculous, didn't work at all. The price was unreasonably high for what the hotel was
