“A gorgeous hotel in San Blas”

The hotel is charming and immaculate, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom comes stocked with nice soaps; breakfast offers a wide variety and filtered water, and the spot in San Blas is lovely. However, the walls are thin, so we could hear the neighbors at night shouting and turning on their showers, and we had to use ear plugs; once they quieted down, we slept well through the night.

The rooms are very comfortable and the location is good. The reception was not ideal, and the pillows were very hard.

The place is in a great spot, just a short walk from Plaza de Armas, and the interior is tidy and well maintained; the shower is spacious with good pressure and temperature, and they supplied us with packed breakfast for an early outing. The regular breakfast is also solid with some unique items. At check‑in, Cliff gave us coca leaf tea to help with the altitude, and coffee, tea, and coca leaves are available at all times. Some rooms lack windows, the toilet is a bit cramped, and although not a fault of the hotel, tour vans cannot reach it because of the narrow streets—taxis can.
