I want to give an honest review of my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, expectations did not match reality. The rooms did not match the advertised services: for example, a television was listed in the description but our room had none. At a room rate of 2400 UAH, that seems at least odd. The state of the rooms is noteworthy: the beds were replaced with new ones, but chairs, hangers, and some furniture look like they are from Soviet times. It feels like the hotel positions itself as a Carpathian resort, yet it actually resembles a former children’s camp that is only slowly being modernized. The restaurant and bar are indeed decorated at a good hotel level, even claiming a VIP format. That contrast makes the difference even more apparent: the common areas look decent, but the rooms only partially and far from all meet that level. After we raised the issue with the administrator about the missing television and the room’s mismatch with advertised conditions, we were moved to a different room with better renovation. Unfortunately, that happened only after a dispute, not as a normal response to an obvious problem. Another issue was breakfast. It could only be obtained from 9:00. We needed to leave earlier, and only after additional clarification did they let us take breakfast with us. When we had asked in advance what could be put in a lunch box, the administrator replied: “everything except oatmeal.” The assembled breakfast turned out very modest and did not match what was listed in the menu. I attach a photo. In summary, the impression is mixed: the territory, restaurant, and bar look promising, but the level of service, the condition of some rooms, and the mismatch between advertised services and reality significantly spoil the overall impression. I would like the administration to describe the accommodation conditions more honestly and warn guests in advance about the actual state of specific rooms.
