The spot is great because it’s close to Banorte Stadium, but the lobby staff didn’t explain breakfast times, which caused confusion when we went downstairs. They also didn’t give us any info about the room. No curtain was installed in the bathroom, so it stayed wet after showers. They only put two towels in the room, even though we were three guests, and when we asked for a third, they didn’t bring it until we called again. One day they didn’t do room service even though we left a sign in front. The only bright side was the location.
