I woke up to a noisy, stuffy room because the hotel lacks air conditioning, even though the windows are open and the outside temperature is about 17‑21 °C. The location is squeezed between two loud streets, so the noise is unavoidable. The bathroom is tiny, the toilet even smaller, with no hooks or storage. Walking to our room— the last one on the floor— required about 80 m from the reception, passing several doors while lugging a heavy bag. The so‑called superior room was only slightly longer, more narrow, and contained an uncomfortable, unfolded double‑bed couch that actually reduced usable space.

The room was sufficient for a single night, but the noise was intense because the building is poorly insulated and sits right next to the highway.

The room itself was great, but at 23:00 after a long, dark drive the door wouldn’t open via phone, even though I’d checked in online. The self‑check‑in kiosk initially said “Reservation not found”; only after an extended search did it work, and I had to dig through many emails to locate the reservation number. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work, showing a 404 “not found” error.
