1. Ample parking outside the property. Paid parking within the city during our stay was a huge surprise 2. Lots of meal options within walking distance 3. Free local kuehs was a heartwarming gesture 4. Ensuite set up was perfect for our group of friends 5. Lots of interesting painting venues around the property. 1. lack of laundry detergent 2. someone fiddled with the door knob of the back door at ground level one night & my friend staying in the room at ground floor freaked out

Everything was fine – good location and clean – but the toiletries were limited and the towels felt too thin.

The homestay was spotless, the host was very nice and quick to reply, and he even bought us some nyonya kuih; nothing else to mention.

The house was huge, and at check‑out we were surprised with sweets and kuih – a lovely gesture; the only downside was the parking.
