We were welcomed immediately, the room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and breakfast was extraordinary—full English, porridge, fresh fruit, regional honey, and homemade sourdough when available, all freshly prepared. Next door is a lovely pub with great homemade food, and we’ll definitely return. Dogs are welcome in the ground‑floor apartment. Everything was just perfect.

Sam was so helpful and the rooms were spotless, cosy and comfortable; Wade made a delicious breakfast, and nothing was too much trouble—great value for money, and we’d definitely stay again if visiting the area. Everything was great.

We had a short overnight stay but couldn’t fault it; everything was spotless and we didn’t need anything else because everything was thoughtfully considered. The hosts were lovely, down to earth and extremely helpful, and we’ll definitely return for a longer stay next time.
