They told me on the same day that they couldn’t accommodate us while we were getting ready to board the plane to Armenia. Very stressful!

The facilities are beautiful and the staff is very attentive to the customer; I recommend it to everyone. Nothing else.

The overall condition of the property had worn out by the end of the season, the curtains were burnt, cleaning was selective, the area under the bed was never tidied, the mat by the bed was dirty, the shower cabin had dirt and mold, the soap dispenser by the sink ran out, and the doors to the street only lock with a kick.

The location by the lake, a quiet place, and the comfort of the igloo‑style bungalows. The only downside is that in October they had already closed their restaurant service, and supermarkets and restaurants are not nearby. However, they do offer a “delivery” service, and the Zanazan restaurant 10 km away provides a very good experience.
