We booked two rooms and arrived at 22:30, only to be told they weren’t ready and still needed cleaning. We had to wait in the adjacent bar while the front desk looked more like a storage area full of the owners’ stuff. The only bright spot was the renovated bathrooms that seemed clean, though the trash cans still had remnants from previous guests. The beds were very uncomfortable; the mattresses sagged and the springs were exposed, so we didn’t sleep well at all.
