The sheets were dirty, smelled terrible, the bathroom cleanliness was very average, the pillows were already due for replacement and the mattresses were terrible. I had a very bad experience and could barely sleep. Nothing about the cleanliness, beds, pillows or towels pleased me.

The place was too expensive and the bed hygiene was poor.

The price might look good for the sector where it’s located, but the room facilities left a lot to be desired. The mattress was in bad condition and very uncomfortable. The pillows were dirty and looked like the ones grandmothers make by stuffing a pillowcase with rags. The shower floor wasn’t clean and the sink was clogged (water wouldn’t drain), so I had to brush my teeth in the shower. At midnight someone turned the door lock to get in (but obviously the lock was on the inside). Honestly I wouldn’t stay there again, not even for a short break.

Comfort and service are very good, and it’s also very centrally located in northern Bogotá. Everything was great; I would definitely come back.

The house was gorgeous and in a great spot. The host was super attentive and made us feel welcome. Everything was spot on.
