The room was very spacious, but it was very noisy.

Positive points (just two): excellent location and excellent support from the team/host. Negative points – depends on what you’re looking for: even though the windows are sound‑proof, there is a lot of street noise throughout the night; the windows/curtains lack blackout, so the room stays bright and doesn’t fully darken; the bed/ mattress is disappointing. If you’re hoping for a place to at least rest at night, this isn’t the spot.
The décor and location are sublime, but getting in touch with the owner can be tricky at times; the check‑in instructions arrive late and sometimes there's no reply.

Great location, clean, exactly as shown in the photos. Breakfast was really nice.
