The lake view and the nice staff were highlights. The room was rather small and only had one large glass door, but there was no window to ventilate.

“Wunderschöne Lage, jedoch leider mit sehr desinteressiertem und unfreundlichem Personal an der Rezeption.”

The location was top, right on the lake. Unfortunately the staff were very indifferent throughout my entire stay; both the front desk and the checkout felt extremely cold and impersonal, and I was never asked how my stay was. I’ve never experienced such a lack of hospitality before.

“Cet hôtel est à déconseiller aux personnes âgés qui ont un problème de mobilité”

The hotel itself is solid, breakfast decent, and the lake view is a real highlight. But when we arrived with three couples, we found no parking close by – the nearest spot was half a kilometer uphill and couldn't fit all our cars. We had to lug luggage down a steep path and then climb about twenty steps to the front desk. None of that was mentioned when we booked, and it made the check‑in and check‑out a hassle.

Nice spot, staff were friendly. The place feels welcoming and the people make you feel at home.

I liked the lakefront location and the garden full of art pieces. The rooms are basic but clean, and the common areas feel unique. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was getting to the lake – you need sandals, and you can't drive up because the slope is steep.
