Close to the engineering area, but the place was filthy, uncomfortable, with walls covered in lipstick marks, a hard bed, an ancient air‑conditioner that seemed like it could explode, a disgusting and hot bathroom, and horrible flickering lights everywhere inside and outside the room that made me feel uneasy—more of a motel than a hotel, only worth it if you’re heading to shows in the engineering district.

The location is unbeatable, right next to Nilton Santos, and the staff were very friendly and attentive; the food was excellent, available at any hour, and the prices were very reasonable.
