Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing with a huge food selection; there are many activities at the hotel and the beach is right in front, and the restaurant and cleaning staff were excellent. However, the receptionist and tourist support center did not speak English and could not answer basic questions like where the nearest supermarket or souvenir shop is; they didn’t even respond to my messages. The bed and pillows were low quality and we didn’t sleep well. The rooms need renovation, though they tried to mask it with modern furniture. The TV is small, from 2007, and you can’t watch Netflix. There are cracks on the floor tiles and in the shower that are hard to clean. I requested a taxi at 30 € each way, but was charged 75 € instead of 60 €—that’s cheating. I asked for an HDMI cable to connect my laptop to the TV, but the hotel still lacks modern equipment. The décor feels like the 1960s or 1970s and needs updating. Electrical issues occur; sometimes the fuses short and the room lights up in the middle of the night. The toilet doesn’t work properly. The Turkish bath smells of mold. People smoke outside and the smell enters the lobby. The ventilation cooling doesn’t work well and is noisy both inside and outside. The bracelet required to carry all the time is annoying; the hotel forces you to wear it. The bathroom smells like sewage and needs proper gaskets installed.

The location by the sea and promenade is great, the tunnel to the hotel’s own beach with a beach bar is nice, the service was very friendly and left no wishes unfulfilled, but the balcony is too small.

O staff é muito simpático, as bebidas são boas, a comida tem alguma variedade, é boa mas não representa um hotel de 5 estrelas. Ao lanche os snacks são apenas bolos, não existem outros snacks disponíveis. O hotel é um 5 estrelas mas diria que estará mais ao nível de um 4 estrelas
