The host, Andre, welcomed us warmly, gave us a tour of the area, and ensured our stay was comfortable and safe. He assisted with luggage (no elevator) during check‑in and check‑out. The quiet residential street is walkable to all attractions. The kitchenette is well equipped, and the stroopwafels were a nice touch. It’s a basement suite, but the large windows keep it bright.

We stayed with our three kids in the two basement rooms that are available. The spot is spot‑on – a short walk to the centre, public transport close by and the area is very quiet. The rooms match the photos exactly; even though they’re underground, high ceilings and natural light make them feel open, spacious, comfortable and spotless. André & Inez were wonderful hosts, always ready to help and in touch throughout our visit.
