The staff were very approachable, but the wash‑basin didn’t have any water; it seems the cleaner didn’t check after the previous guest left. Also, a towel rack was installed on the narrow bathroom door, which felt unnecessary.

“Velice příjemný pobyt se skvělým jídlem”

Although the hotel isn’t brand‑new, it still holds its value; the dinner was especially unique and excellent for us foreigners, and the breakfast was good too. We had a smoking room and didn’t want to pay extra for a non‑smoking one, but that wasn’t a problem. The biggest drawback was the lack of a shared onsen – my wife and I wanted to enjoy it together.

I was pleasantly surprised by the evening meal, which exceeded my expectations, but the breakfast was just average. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was a disaster, particularly with the unfriendly and unprofessional attitude of the front desk staff, who didn't treat me as a valued customer. As a seasoned traveler who has visited Japan over 70 times, I was shocked by the poor service and facilities.

Although the hotel's restaurant staff were friendly and provided delicious food, my overall stay was marred by several issues. The room's facilities were outdated, and the toilet and shower were out of order, forcing me to use a public bathhouse, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially in cold weather.
