פעם שניה במלון. חדר נעים, משופץ, שקט, פקידת קבלה נעימה ויעילה. אזור נהדר. בפינת הקפה בלובי אין תמיד מים לקפה, כוסות ובוחשנים. היו חסרות מגבות, קיבלנו חלוק במקום. בחדר אחד המזגן לא היה תקין

A great place to stay in Sophia, and it’s easy to walk around the city; the room was very clean and comfortable, but the soundproofing could be better because I could easily hear people moving around the hallway outside the room.
