Despite some issues with the staff, our overall experience was excellent. However, the staff could have been more helpful and friendly.
“El problema fueron los demas inquilinos del hotel. El resto perfecto!”
The bed was super comfy and the location was amazing, but the noise from the other guests and the room next door was a real issue. I could hear everything, including the sound of the water in the bathroom. It was super annoying and made it hard to sleep.
The hotel was spotless, which is a big plus in my book. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated that. A minor complaint is that the room could've been a bit more spacious, but it didn't bother me too much.
Everything was great, and I'm pretty sure the staff was very friendly. They seemed to be doing a good job, and I had a pleasant stay.
“food was delicious, just some improvement for the pre-occupancy steps”
The staff at this hotel were polite and professional, and they respected our privacy during room service. However, the internet and electricity would occasionally go out, and we had to call the staff to get it fixed. They were quick to respond, which was a plus. One thing that could be improved is checking the TV and heater before we moved in.
