The staff were polite but not overly busy. The hygiene bin in my room was full of tissues, tablet packs, and hair from the previous guest – definitely not clean. The blackout curtain was just a thin shade, so I couldn’t sleep without the street lamp outside shining through, especially at night. I never received any Wi‑Fi information at check‑in or in the room, so I had no free Wi‑Fi. There was no coffee or tea kit, no water bottle, and the safe was locked and squeaking, making it unusable.

Everything you could need was there, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic – there was something of everything, from cooked eggs and scrambled eggs to lemon‑infused water and a variety of coffee specialties. The staff were very friendly.

Onze kamers waren ruim en voldeden aan de verwachtingen. Inchecken ging prima, parkeergelegenheid was ruim voldoende. De bedden waren an sich prima, maar zeker niet geweldig. De lobby en de gangen van het hotel ogen vrij oubollig. Bereikbaarheid is uitstekend, daar het naast de Autobahn zit. Prijs was wel ietwat aan de hoge kant voor wat het was
