The owner was very friendly and handled everything appropriately, and the dormitory itself was a beautiful creation by an architect who really cared about detail. It sits right in the center of Saeki, and the owner’s recommended izakaya turned out to be fantastic.

The staff were very kind, but the station was a little far.
The place is basically free‑form as long as you don’t bother others, so I was able to leave at about 5am after an early night, and the checkout itself was also free. I did get a bit confused because the sign with the high‑school name that the official website said you’d see on the walk from the station had been taken down.

飲み屋や小料理屋などが佐伯で一番密集している場所でスナックやカラオケも多い。 スタッフ（オーナー）が着易い女性だった。 スナックは二人で入って４～５杯ずつ飲んでカラオケも歌って８千円だった。 飲み屋から歩いて帰れるのがいい。 カウンターに少量だがお菓子が置かれていて、無料。. トイレがウォシュレットではない。 テレビがない。 ベッドに横から入れず、奥に這って行くかいこ棚方式。
