The owner is very friendly and the staff are helpful. The place is convenient for everywhere because it’s not far from the beach and other shopping malls, and the price is justified for the kind of property and service.

A great budget option in Patong with a clean pool, nice staff, and a spacious room. It looks a bit run‑down, but for the price it was excellent.

Comfortable beds and a great location for getting around the surrounding areas.

I spent a long time picking a hotel and was unsure whether to stay here, but I didn’t regret it. The price and reviews convinced me. In the end, the beach is a 10‑15 minute walk, and it’s a tree‑lined beach—perfect for lunch without burning yourself, clean and excellent. Next to the hotel are 2 Sevena, a massage place, a café, and fruit stalls. It’s quiet at night. Cleaning happens daily, towels are changed every day, and the beds are comfortable. Overall, a great hotel for its price. It’s not luxury, but it’s very decent for Asia.

I was generally pleased with my stay, as the hotel offered the basic amenities I needed and the staff were warm and welcoming. However, I was initially disappointed to find that the bed linens weren't changed daily, and I was given the same set that had been used by the previous guests. Fortunately, when I politely asked them to change it, they promptly obliged.
