The location is intriguing, especially being in a gallery that doubles as a cinema theatre. The space is generous, with both an upper‑floor room and a gallery room available. The beds are very comfortable, and the caretaker is eager to turn on the heater before we return. He is also very hospitable, helpful, and friendly. It’s a good stop while exploring the Kinosaki onsens. On the downside, it’s about a 16‑minute walk from the railway station, and we were disappointed that we couldn’t try the movie theatre set that previous guests mentioned because the owner isn’t around and the caretaker can’t operate the equipment.
