The lovingly prepared breakfast buffet, the great view, and the bright, friendly room were highlights, especially the courteous and attentive ladies at breakfast. In room Rothirsch, the floor could use a replacement; it’s already showing some wear. The shower head detaches from its holder and behaves on its own, which is a high‑level complaint. Still, we really enjoyed it.

Breakfasts are excellent. Free parking was almost full, so we took the last spot. Contactless check‑in worked. It’s a bit far from the old town, but the price matches the quality.

I liked the breakfast and the location, especially if you’re planning a hike up the Brocken. The check‑in was self‑service, which is fine for those who prefer it. However, the floor in my room was partially loose and the heater couldn’t be adjusted.

The staff are very friendly.

Breakfast was great and the center isn’t far. For two people the rooms are already quite small and tight; the bathroom feels cramped, and it’s a pity they’re single beds.
