“Mis peques se lo pasaron bien”

My kids didn’t bother anyone. The room was too small for four people, the office wardrobe was in bad condition, the doors were stiff to open, and the microwave kept moving every time I tried to open the door… Daily cleaning of the room was quite minimal, just towel changes, making the beds, and a little more, barely sweeping. The buffet was good quality but had limited variety. There were few smoking areas. I left the spa after two treatments that cost 140 € at 12 am on the day of my departure; when I returned to the room to collect my things I could no longer enter, so I had to go back to reception and reactivate my bracelet to retrieve my belongings while the cleaning lady waited at the door.

The kids’ facilities are excellent, especially the pool which is clearly designed for them, though there is almost no pool for adults. Plenty of activities keep the children entertained. The hotel has no elevators, so you have to climb with your luggage (they will lift it for you if you ask) and with a stroller you must go up and down the stairs every day. The breakfast meats, particularly the cold cuts, are a bit disappointing. Rooms with garden views face the back of the hotel, overlooking a path, a half‑palm tree, and some apartments. Room service stops at 4 pm; we arrived at 2 pm to let the girl nap, but nothing was prepared. If you tell them the desired time, they can accommodate it, but you must notify them. The staff is clearly understaffed; the waitresses cannot keep up.

The staff were helpful. The furniture in the rooms looked dated, chipped, and worn. Meals were served at a buffet with no schedule, so it felt like a free‑for‑all.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean. The air conditioning was rubbish, and there were no lifts, so you had to climb many stairs to reach the room.
