The location was stunning, the staff were extremely friendly and did everything they could for everyone, the food was good, and everything looked beautiful. The only issues were that there was no shop or fridge in the cabins, and some parts were still under construction, though we barely noticed.

They triple booked our room on the last night and would not refund the money. It was dealt with very badly at the end of the trip. If we had known we were not going to be moving room we would have left the island. Clarence was not able to resolve so we went to Mr Arif he was in a very fixed position offering no refund at all. Despite lengthy conversations with them this remains unresolved forcing me into a bank dispute. Resolution when. The matter got tricky. They were just so fixed. Other disappointment is that there were very few good options. Our children haven’t eaten very much for 4 days

The staff were very friendly during meals, and I rarely felt so welcomed. The dives were somewhat underwhelming, the gear was subpar, but the dive guide was very helpful and competent when equipment issues arose. The resort’s beach is kept clean, but behind the fence the trash problem is obvious. Even though we were the only guests, they tried hard to accommodate us, and the beach bar and other facilities were open. The island’s litter should perhaps be removed in coordination with other resorts; construction debris and hand‑worker trash also end up behind the fence. The pool isn’t very appealing, and the huts sit in full sun all day, making the loungers unusable.

The service here was really great, the staff were super friendly and helpful. That's about it, though - I didn't have a great experience overall. The room was just okay, nothing special. I was kinda expecting more for the price I paid.
