I booked three rooms for a family trip, expecting a decent place to rest, but the reality was unacceptable. All three rooms were in terrible condition: dirty beds with stained sheets and pillowcases that clearly hadn’t been changed. The comfort rooms were even worse—stinking, poorly maintained, with mold in the corners and filthy floors, as if they hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. On top of that, the air‑conditioning units in all three rooms were either completely broken or barely working, so we sweated through the night and got almost no rest. The lack of cleanliness and functioning amenities was shocking, and there was no attention to hygiene. For the price we paid, this level of service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value comfort, cleanliness, and working facilities, stay somewhere else. This place needs a serious upgrade and better management.
