It was close to where I needed to be. The staff were unhelpful; I had to top the sheet on my bed and nobody offered to bring it up or apologize for the inconvenience.

“It was very disappointing and also embarrassing since I was bringing family that this was their first hotel experience.”

I liked the location and the free breakfast. They downgraded one of my rooms to a 2‑queen room and I didn’t find out until I arrived, yet I was still charged the same rate. The pet fee listed on their website and the Hilton app was $50, but I was charged $75. The employee said they still needed to update the website but that the pet fee is now $75 and she couldn’t adjust it. The fruit at breakfast was rotten (I have pics). One of the room’s sinks was clogged. The towels were stained and the rooms smelled really bad, like mildew and musty.

I was impressed by the spotless rooms and the staff’s friendly attitude, and I have no complaints.

The breakfast outshined what I’d seen at similar hotels, but the room was a bit dated and needed repairs; the dresser that held the refrigerator was in rough shape and its door was slightly unhinged.

“Ok”

I didn’t eat at the hotel, and I was disappointed that the wake‑up call I requested didn’t come, leaving me not very happy.
