It was very convenient and close to the CBD, clean, well equipped, and good value for money, but my parking spot was taken by someone else and I would have liked a fan or better airflow in the unit because I had to use the air‑con during the day.

When we checked in, the room already had a strong urine odor, the carpet smelled foul, and the curtains were hanging off and covered in mold. The sofa bed was pulled out heavily stained and ripped, exactly as shown in the photos I attached.

The living area was clean and tidy, and there was plenty of hot water. However, the bed was hard and the pillows were too soft, and there weren’t enough blankets to stay warm.
