“Exceptional Stay & Outstanding Hospitality!”
From start to finish, our stay at the Holiday Inn in Surrey was top-notch. When we arrived, the receptionist welcomed us so warmly that we felt like VIPs right away! The room was super clean, very quiet, and huge enough that we never felt cramped. We also thoroughly enjoyed both the pool and the sauna. Breakfast every morning was amazing-nutritious, well-balanced, piping hot coffee, and constantly replenished. What stood out most was the management's care. I thought I had lost a shirt while switching rooms, and the General Manager personally called me to update me on their search. Even though later found it tucked away in my suitcase and called to apologize for the false alarm, she was so sweet and courteous about it. You can really tell the staff cares about their guests. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to the Vancouver area- definitely wouldn't stay anywhere else!. Nothing
