The facilities are excellent, the service is great, and the location is amazing, though it is a bit far from Cuenca city.

The location and facilities were fine, but three minor issues combined to spoil the experience. We were not told we had to clean the barbecue—though the house rules do mention it—so we were charged 30 € for cleaning a gas grill, which seemed excessive. No one could connect to the Wi‑Fi; when we called Ramon, he claimed he didn’t know anything about it and insisted the Wi‑Fi was fine and not his responsibility. The extra bed was listed at 25 € per night but we were charged 30 €. These matters may not be about money, but they caused a dispute that ruined the stay.

The place is a wonderful escape, and especially the great friend Ramon, who is very attentive; we’ll definitely return.
