“Qualité/Prix très proche du circuit”
The welcome, the pool, breakfast, cleanliness, and parking spot were all great. There’s a TV corner, a piano, a garden, and even cute chickens. The BnB sits on the road that leads straight to the circuit, so there’s a little traffic noise, but it’s nothing serious. We’re fine with it because the proximity lets us walk there, which is a real perk!

The property sits 500 m, a 10‑minute walk from the main gate of the Le Mans circuit, making it ideal if you’re attending an event. Everything is very clean and quiet, and the family owners are wonderful. Breakfast is homemade, with free‑range eggs from the property and fresh fruit. The hosts are fantastic and accommodated us wonderfully—very communicative and easy to reach. My room faced the street and had no blinds, so the streetlight outside was bright and I couldn’t block it.

The house, garden, and pool make for a very pleasant place. The owners are respectful, discreet, and very friendly. Breakfast is excellent, with homemade products, preserves, and pastries. The only downside might be that the bathroom is a bit small.

The hosts are truly lovely, welcoming, and thoughtful, always looking after their guests. Breakfast is hearty, varied, and made with excellent ingredients. They’re very flexible with timings and hand over the gate and place keys so you can come and go freely. We arrived early in the morning after a long overnight trip, and they were there to greet us warmly and show us our room. It was spacious, with very comfortable beds and a superb bathroom featuring a jacuzzi and a walk‑in shower. If you’re staying in Le Mans, this is the place to be. For motor‑sports fans, the Bugatti circuit is just a ten‑minute walk, and the hosts even offer to drop you off. Simply golden people! I can’t find anything negative to mention, everything was perfect during our stay.

The hosts are lovely and welcoming in this house stay. They provided comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. I’d happily stay there again when heading to the Le Mans race track. There’s private gated and secure parking, and it’s less than a 10‑minute walk to the main entrance.
