Everything was awful; I’ll never stay here again. From 7 am to 4 pm there was constant racket. I called the host, who said they had a permit and couldn’t do anything. I tried the tourism police and got no help. Then I reached out to the booking app, and they wouldn’t refund the three nights—just one. I have all the WhatsApp chats, recordings, and a police report. Don’t stay here; it’s the worst experience possible.

We spent five amazing nights in Dubai and the apartment was top‑notch. Little extras like tea, coffee, sugar, and bottled water made a big difference. The balcony view was stunning and the location was spot‑on. Thanks for making everything so comfortable.

Cleanliness was a big let‑down; the room never got cleaned unless I paid extra. The internet was down the whole stay, and the staff didn’t fix anything for two days. Overall, the service was poor and the place just didn’t meet expectations.
