I was confused about whether breakfast was included; I was told only at check‑in that it wasn't, and I didn't see any option to choose it during booking, which I’m still trying to find; the cleaning, location, and staff politeness were all poor.
The location and the cleaning crew were very friendly, but the rest left me disappointed—we were put in an accessible room for three nights, yet the TV never worked and none of the free channels were available. When we arrived at noon, the receptionist said the rooms would be ready by 1 pm; after work we came back at 7 pm and the rooms were still not prepared.
