The hotel is near the airport and the reception staff member Mahmud was very friendly.

“Home away from home”

The stay for my family—parents and three teenage sons—was in two suites, each with a separate bedroom, living area, bathroom, and excellent furniture; the blackout curtains were great. The hotel is luxurious, the lobby is large and spacious, and they offer cold drinks and cookies. The front desk staff are polite and courteous. There are four main elevators to the rooms, the corridors between rooms are clean and smell nice. There is an indoor pool, a gym in the basement that my sons used, a good women’s salon, and a banquet hall for events. The breakfast hall is large and luxurious, and the food is excellent. Parking is available on the ground floor inside the basement and outside. I travel a lot and recommend this hotel. No negatives, just a request to keep the hotel well maintained.

Everything is beautiful, sweet, and excellent—worth a million points. It’s clean and smells amazing. I wish the café stayed open longer or was open all the time, and the same for lunch.

“Average stay”

The rooms are spacious and the hotel is close to the airport. The staff are not very responsive; the reception doesn’t pay attention to guests’ needs. The buffet is average and the rules are unclear.
