The location was good and the bed comfortable, but the room was dirty, staff unfriendly, breakfast poor, water pressure nonexistent and cold water arrived quickly, and early‑morning guests were noisy.

What a total rip-off. For 1.5 million dong per night, I expected a lot more than what I got. The room was dirty, the bathroom had a leaky faucet, and the staff were uncooperative when I asked to change rooms. The location is also a bit far from the center, and the price is way too high. The only thing that's not a lie is the photo on the website - it's a 5-star hotel, but not this one.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, which was a relief after seeing the photos of the hotel. Unfortunately, the reality was a far cry from the pictures. The TV had no channels, the aircon was broken, and there were not enough towels. It's clear that the photos were heavily Photoshopped, which was really misleading.

This hotel's location in Tan Coc is unbeatable, but the staff left a lot to be desired. They seemed pretty standoffish and not particularly helpful, which was a stark contrast to the friendly staff we've encountered at other hotels.

For the price, this hotel delivers - it's a reasonable deal with good WiFi and a clean room. There's really not much to complain about.
