The staff were friendly, but the facilities felt a bit old, especially in the room.

Excellent. For my first time in Florence, the service is good.

The comfort of the facilities and the quality and taste of the food were great, but the mezzanine conference roof was too small.

Unfortunately, the hotel failed to deliver on its promise of quality, with a price that was too high for the type of rooms provided. The rooms themselves were not worth the cost, and the overall value was lacking.
