“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

Beware of their unethical practices before booking! I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel O Ansh Plaza. They demanded extra money at check‑in, even though I had already booked the room. When I refused, they threatened to cancel my booking. This is completely unfair and unprofessional. Moreover, the manager’s behavior was extremely rude and uncooperative. Instead of resolving the issue politely, they were arrogant and dismissive. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Staff are not accepting the price shown in the app and are asking for more. The staff’s behavior is rude. I didn’t like anything at all.

“Its the worst OYO room I ever stayed. Full of dust, No bath fitting and used condom packets.”

There is nothing to like in this hotel. I heard about bad feedback on OYOs, and I experienced it here. The room has a filthy smell, and behind the bed there are used condoms, food packets, and dust. The bathroom shower lacks fittings, as does the bathroom. Bedsheets are not clean and the TV is dysfunctional. It’s unfortunate I chose a hotel thinking it was near the airport and I missed my morning flight. VERY BAD, and I will never suggest this hotel to anyone.
