The dinner and the location were great, but the room was small.

Breakfast was nice and the village itself is great, but dinner fell flat against my high expectations and the service was disappointing. After a night out, the owner outright refused to serve us a drink with only 5 minutes left before closing. His wife, who works at reception, was polite but very transactional and cold, far from what you’d expect in hospitality. They even tried to cancel our reservation because they had a bunch of friends over, making us feel “non‑grata.”
