“Principalmente siamo venuti per l'evento dell'America's Cup. "Luna Rossa "”
The location is outstanding, and the building’s historic elevator gives a slightly thrilling, slightly intimidating vibe because of the sign that says “after a certain time, any malfunction is at your own risk.” The only real downside was the lack of cell reception upon arrival, even though you sent me the Wi‑Fi password, which left me uneasy until the alternative solution worked fine.
The place is great, but the house‑opening system was a problem.

The spot is fantastic, the room and the whole property are amazing.

The room was simple yet charming, and even though it didn’t face the sea, it offered a nice side view. The host was very helpful and kind, especially during a seismic event, which put me at ease. Overall, a good experience and the location—close to the Mergellina/Posillipo waterfront—made it easy to get around. The only drawback was that there were no usable common areas, but I understand that’s a challenge with a historic building.
