The garden and pool are great.

The silence was fantastic, even the hotel’s location was great, yet the rooms were very old, lacked air conditioning and were poorly cleaned. The prefabricated bathroom was small, with black silicone mold in the shower. The common lounge looked messy, seemed unclean, and the breakfast displays had flies over croissants and cured meats. The pool water was unclean, the loungers were broken, the gazebos were shabby with cobwebs, and the surrounding greenery was untended. Not recommended.

The welcome was warm, the staff were helpful, and the room was clean. The optional dinner offers good value for money. The location is just a stone’s throw from the city center.
I liked the calm location, but the wireless network wasn’t working, apparently due to storm damage.

The hotel is cute and in a beautiful spot. The restaurant is very good and the staff are friendly. The booking photos showed a different room than the one actually available because of a staff mistake, so we expected a larger room with a balcony. On very hot days it was hard to stay in the room with just a fan; air conditioning would be needed. Even at night, when temperatures dropped, a heat trap remained in the room.
