The spot is well‑located, just a short walk from Junceylon Mall and close enough to Banzeen Market and Bangla to stay quiet. Nearby, there’s a good restaurant and a coffee shop, and the little one at reception makes excellent coffee for a much lower price than on the main road. The bed is comfortable, and the balcony is a nice place to have an evening beer with a decent view. However, the room looked a bit worn and the dishes were dirty.

The place is quiet, calm, clean, and the air‑conditioner works adequately. The noise is low, even though I sleep lightly, and the sheets are clean. A kitchen is available, complete with a dryer, which not every hotel offers. All necessary kitchen tools are there, including a microwave, kettle, gas stove, and a spacious fridge. The staff tries to help with any questions, and there’s a hairdryer too. The shower has a great water pressure; hot and cold water were always available. Cleaning happens every other day, and I never had any issues. We had two rooms and a good balcony with plenty of space, which mattered to me. Mosquito nets are on the windows and balcony, and we didn’t see any mosquitoes, likely because a mountain and vegetation are nearby. Cafés, restaurants, and shops are close by. The interior is in a super minimalist Thai style, with very little old furniture, which might matter to some. Tea and coffee aren’t provided, which could also be important. Kitchen appliances should be replaced; forks, spoons, knives need sharpening or a knife sharpener. The TV should be upgraded—I've never seen a TV like this in 20 years, a smart TV would improve the stay. The gas stove is for enthusiasts; my girlfriend was always afraid to use it, so an electric stove would be calmer.

The staff were friendly, and the apartment was clean, cozy, with AC, a balcony, a kitchen, and bathroom facilities. It’s a 20‑minute walk from Patong beach and Bangla Road, but it’s worth it because it’s quiet and restful.
